These units help ensure the long-term success of HousingWorks and OCH clients. The units remain the property of the developer.

By entering into a development partnership with HousingWorks, developers can access federal and municipal grants and other financial incentives. This type of partnership could include, but is not limited to, co-development agreements, co-ownership models and access to financing to develop purpose-built rental housing. A percentage of units would be owned by HousingWorks.
